Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to over 23 countries worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Hong Kong, and the United Arab Emirates, among many others.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination. As a general guide:

  • New Zealand: 3–7 business days
  • Asia Pacific (Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan): 5–10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer free international shipping on orders up to 5kg. You'll always see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Duties & Import Taxes

Duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout so there are no surprise charges when your order arrives. The amount shown at checkout is what you pay — nothing more.

Please note that duties are estimates based on your country's customs regulations and the Harmonized System (HS) codes for our products. In rare cases, customs authorities may assess additional charges.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

If you're not completely happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
